Aging In Place LLC

The owner and husband are not honest people. The husband is a woman abuser verbally and emotionally. I would not recommend anyone work here or use their services. There is no real HR to handle matters of importance. They send people who have never been in the field before to care for clients without orientation and or training. Be ware of letting this company care for your family

I personally have not had to use this place but a dear friend of mine has and has been overcharged every single invoice (bi-weekly). They blame the software that they use, but, a person has to enter that information. I think this place is scamming our seniors and I think it's wrong. Please do your research before hiring this place to care for your loved one.

They are totally friendly. Mark was exceptional with my dad. The va allowed my dad 8 hours a week for bath aide and other stuff that needed to be done. Like vacuuming sweeping mopping laundry going to the grocery store. One time my dad needed to go to the va downtown k.c. and Mark took him and my mother. There is an extra charge for that because va doesn’t pay for it. You could call him and he would return your calls as soon as he could if he wasn’t available when you called. You could also text him and he would respond as soon as he could. The office staff was great they returned your phone calls promptly if they weren’t available. You could text them and get a response as soon as they were able. Usually Mark and the office staff were pretty quick on getting back to you, if they were unavailable at the time you called or texted. I really can’t say enough about this company I would highly recommend them for your in home care.

My 89 year old Dad is beyond pleased with Aging In Place. So am I. Cooking, cleaning, laundry, ect. is just a bonus. The real happiness is the bond my Dad now has with his caregiver. They talk like they have known each other for years. My dad now has a smile on his face and his favorite thing to talk about is his caregiver all day every day. He says "Look how clean this house is" every time I see him. His mood and his energy level has increased far beyond what I expected. Loneliness is cruel and Kiara has made my Dad's life charmed. Thank You!!!
